Reminders to move not setting up correctly

I was in my step set up and I can’t get it to register from 9am to 4 pm! It randomly moves to 5 am and 3 pm or some variance after I enter the am and try to set the pm! I would like 9am to 4 pm, which is what I had! Today my Fitbit did not record the 9,10,11 segments on my dashboard and I had all completed in my Fitbit

Thanks for sharing detailed information about your Ionic's behavior, and let me help you with the reminders to move. While it's strange that this feature changes your details by itself, I'd recommend the following steps:

1. Force quit the Fitbit app on your phone. For iOS, check this article and for Android see this article.

2. Reboot your phone and restart your Ionic.
3. Open the Fitbit app and tap the hourly activity tile 
4. Tap the gear icon and adjust the start and end times to receive your reminders to move one more time.
5. Then sync your Ionic and verify if the options displayed are correct.

Thanks, I did just that. It worked, although in resetting my 8 hour time reminders the a.m. and p.m. brackets would randomly change before it would lock to my settings! Eventually it all worked out thanks! It still remains a mystery as to why bit didn’t pick up my 9,10, and 11 moves?
