Hoping someone can shed some light or help me. I purchased my Iconic in June of 18. End of May 19 it just quit working completely with no warning. I called customer support and because it was within my 1yr warranty they will send me a replacement. Now here I am approx 5mos later and the replacement has just quit working. I called customer support again, and all I got was your warranty expired in June 19, there is no warranty on the replacement. There's no guarantee it will work 1 mos, 5mos, or 1yr. However, they did offer me 25% off and free shipping if I wanted to buy an upgraded one!😖 While on the phone with customer service, I asked for the supervisor. A supervisor came on the phone, I got nowhere with him, so I asked for his supervisor, he says " I'm sorry 'mam I'm the highest level of supervisor here that are taking calls". He refused to send me to his supervisor. I asked where they are located and they said Central America. Whatever happened to customer service being customer service and being able to go up the chain of command?

I share your frustration. I purchased my Ionic through a promotion with Westpac promising I could tap and go. But Westpac don’t support that with Visa. Since then I have had two replacements given the battery died. It has now died again (won’t charge) then when I managed to get it to connect it had a new error with big cross and then now it won’t charge again. I have had friends with the same problem because we all jumped on the promotion. I am now thinking they were faulty cause surely there can’t be this many people with same problem and it just be a few bad ones? It is unacceptable that something costing this much doesn’t work after its 1 year warranty. I also think that by law they have to offer 5 years.
