Very disappointed Fitbit! I have just received my replacement ionic Adidas edition. Mine stopped working after only 10 days. Surely after that time and the cost of this device I should of received a new one?! The replacement is clearly not new. It has chips around the edge of the metal. I had bought a plastic protector for my original one and being that it was only 10 days old it was immaculate. This replacement certainly isn’t. I think next time I need a new device I won’t be going for Fitbit. There are plenty of other brands now! Just expected better from a big company like yourselves!!!
