restart your Ionic several times and see if it resets the step count tonight.
As far as the calorie count goes, if the heart rate is recording correctly the calorie count should be pretty accurate. Calorie count on gym equipment is usually not especially accurate. Perhaps you should be asking the gym equipment manufacturers why their machines dont match what your fitbit says 😆 I cant say which one ( if either) is accurate, but if the HR reading is recorsing in the correct ball park Id back your Ionic.
