Hello,
So I just got the Fitbit ionic and installed a fitbit pet cat clock.
This is great but obviously it left after two days as I have not been doing enough steps...
How can I reset it to bring the cat back? I have tried reinstalling it but now I have a clock error :(.
Thanks very much

Love the pet feature! What are the squares along the top. It looks like they say: Run Sleep Step and something else. They are hard to read. Looks like the step square adds some steps to the pet feature to keep the pet home longer?

Mine too 😞 I have no idea why....maybe because I'm not hitting my sleep goal?

check your steps log. If you reach your max steps you will be able to feed your pet and keep it around.

You can reset your steps goal. Mine depends on the day. So I keep mine lower knowing I’ll reach it and can always do more.
