Reset ionic

Tried to reset to factory settings now i cant sync or reset it seems to have frozen on a red cross telling me to sync cant turn off and on

That doesnt sound good at all! Id suggest you keep trying to restart it (left and right bottom buttons) in the hope that it will eventually unfreeze it. Try putting it on the charger too. If it is still frozen you need to contact Support (link in my signature)

A factory reset will remove the tracker from your Fitbit account, requiring the user to set it up as a new device to their Fitbit account. 

To do a factory reset, swipe over to settings, tap, swipe up to about, tap, swipe to factory reset.
