Hi
I’ve spoken with customer support about returning my Ionic, they have sent me a return label in one email with an address in Birmingham and then asked me to post it to the Netherlands in another email.
Can anyone confirm which address I need to send it back to.
Thanks for your help.

This thing is great for many things but doesn't work as advertised.
Are you trying to return it for your money back or trying to get a new one? If you're trying to get a replacement for your malfunctioning Ionic just tell them that. They'll log into your account and check the device (if it works) and send you a replacement to whatever address you want.

Hi
They have told me I need to return my Fitbit first before getting a replacement.
So now I’m not sure what I should do. Because I won’t have a watch until I get the replacement if I get the replacement.

Where did you purchase it from? If you got it off the fitbit site then you will have to send it back to them via their instructions, as to where to send it you may have to contact them again to confirm where to send it, what country do you live in?
If however you purchased it from a store then take it back there, it is far easier to deal with the store you bought it from (usually, there are exceptions)
