I want to start running but ill be walking at times as its been a long time since i ran. Which is the best function on the watch to use. Run or walk bit? Or the strava app? And will this update my activity or will i need manually added it
Best AnswerI would just use the "Run" exercise shortcut, unless you want specific intervals? In that case there is an "Interval timer" shortcut where you can set intervals for running and walking.
