Can someone PLEASE tell me what the numbers mean on SPLITS!!! I can't find it anywhere. What do the PACE numbers 19' 40", just an example, mean?

I don't know about "SPLITS" as I never see that but your Pace example means travelling a distance of 1 mile in 19 minutes and 40 seconds.  In many cases where Pace is shown, you will see Current Pace and Average Pace. Any other specific examples I can probably tell you what they mean.
