it worked 1 times in the last 10 days. I have removed and reinstalled the clock face and I still can’t get a reading. The oxygen variation works but no Sp02. I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions. I have worn it loose, snug tried both wrists but I can’t get a reading.
what else can I try?

@AlexCal Welcome to the Community.
Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior posting. If you haven't done so, I recommend trying the following as below:
1. Make sure the Fitbit app is updated, a new version was just released a few days ago. For more information, see How do I use the Fitbit app?
2. Restart your Ionic. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
3. Restart your phone
4. Set up your Ionic as new device
5. Once the set up process is complete, try to install SPO2 app just one more time. See How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.
