Safe to Restart?

How often can I restart my Ionic safely? 

I find that restarting it every other day or so is helpful with syncing problems.  (Holding the back & bottom buttons.)

I'm just wondering if restarting that often is safe for the software?

I don't think there's a limit on how often you can restart. I do it nearly every day, just to clear out any cobwebs.

My Ionic seems to run better after restarting. 

Maybe this is a good thing then?

Hi @KarenLeah I always reboot mine after each charge and agree with @WavyDavey it keeps things fresh and responsive
