Dear Fitbit team,

I am concerned on the quality of the fitbit products, especially catering to Indian market. I own a fitbit ionic and on today morning 05.10.2019 I noticed a scratch on the screen. Fitbit claims it is Corning gorilla glass 3 and damage resistant, surprisingly. There is  no service centre and accessories store in India. I tried to put on screen guard, but unfortunately the so called tough design is not proper to accommodate a screen guard.. its totally a design flaw and non availability of accessories store, because of which I am in such a situation...at the price it should be designed for tough usage....screen is the most important thing for the device..

I have seen a few times Fitbit claiming on their Instagram channel that Ionic isn't scratchproof.

DURABLE SCREEN

Corning Gorilla Glass 3 is tough and damage resistant.

 

Posted on the website.. if anything happens to screen..it no longer holds IP protection..
