Placed my wristband on the nightstand to charge and woke up to a cracked Ionic screen. Is this a manufacturing defect? What are my options? Received the Fitbit for Mother's Day.

You should contact Support (link in my signature), though cracked screens are usually seen as accidental damage, and are not covered by warranty.

Purchased in May. Daily, normal use for seven months. Woke up to a cracked face. Not covered under one year warranty. You can’t just replace it. Have to purchase an entirely new watch with no discount. Recommendation: Either don’t buy or get the extended warranty. Fitbit just lost a customer.

Hello @TFerrari, welcome to the Community forums.

I'm sorry to see about the problem you found with your Ionic's display. Thank you for confirming that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this.

While sending your information to customer service I've been informed that they're still providing you with assistance, if you haven't done so already, I do recommend that you continue with the process till the end so the can provide you with a final response.

Thank you for the feedback regarding the quality of the products. Here you check the complete Return Policy and Warranty policy as well.

Keep us posted on the outcome.
