Screen fading activity not recording cannot swipe to settings

I’m travelling overseas and my Fitbit Iconic has screen fade won’t record activity also cannot scroll to do anything 

This unit is 18 months old 

Not Impressed and cannot get any guidance to fix my problem **ahem** nuisance whilst travelling away from home address

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your Ionic. I would like you to restart your watch and then monitor the scree to see if you get it working.
