My fit bit ionics watch face had began to have red lines form at the back of the display for a few weeks now, today the display is now white and it’s extremely hard to make out the information on the screen. The watch itself seems to Be perfectly operation, just the display constantly changes in colour and visibility. Any ideas?

Hi, @Palmazan89! Have you tried changing watch faces and seeing if you have the same issue? Is this in all screens or just the clock face?

It is in all screens. The display will show up as normal albeit now in a pale white and then the information on the screen will then be unable to see as white, red and other colour lines take up the entire screen. I think water has gotten into the display screen, but I was under the assumption it was water proof 🤔

I had similar display issues about a year ago, and it marked the beginning of the end for the device. Hopefully it's still under warranty and FitBit will replace it. I would recommend you reach out to customer support.

Hello guys! Welcome to our Fitbit Community @Palmazan89 let me give you a hand with your Ionic display. I'm happy to see you again participating in our forums @MakMak @JCM801 welcome back.
@Palmazan89 Seems odd that this situation is still occurring after changing the clock face just as @MakMak suggested you. If you haven't already done so, can you please restart your Ionic with the help from our article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes? Also, why you think water affected your device? Are you able to see any condensation or droplets inside? Our Ionic device is swim proof up to 50 meters so this will be strange. I'll be looking to your reply.
@MakMak @JCM801 Thanks for sharing your thoughts with other users, I'm sure that your suggestions are always helpful. I'll be here if you need anything else.
Let me know if you have any additional questions
