Screen no longer displays any data No clock face only lights up slightly then goes dark again

My heart goes out to you. I was Fitbit fan as well and not anymore after 2 watches gave up in less than a year with similar problem. Low qualtity product for 250$.

 

Now shopping for my sport tracker. Leaning more to Apple since My wife has it for past 2 years without issues. 

 

Hopefully it is not point of no return for you unlike my case.
