When I try to enter my passcode on my ionic the watch registers a different number to the one I push. I have turned the watch off, factory reset and no joy. Also at times the watch suddenly drains in a couple of hours when normally it lasts days. What should I do? The watch is 6 months old

I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if the displays is still behaving wrong.
