Screen on doesn't work with rotations on Z axis

If I rotate my wrist on Z axix the screen remains off.

Same observation. Only works when I am sitting or standing, but not when I am lying down.

Same here. Most noticable when laying on the workout bench.  From what I remember the charge 2 did the same thing.
