Second Ionic dead in two weeks

Hi team,

I’ve submitted another ticket #31754428 about the second Ionic.

First week, it worked fine but can’t record correct sleep patten in few nights.

Second week, it went off without any sign few times(even battery was full) and I had to reboot it by pressing left and right down button.

Now it just dead when I was trying to reset the watch(display went off during resetting) and not able to boot it up.

Please advice...
