Sending video to fitbit support

Just a quick suggestion to anyone that is having Ionic charging issues, and has been asked to send a video of your issues to the support team. From what I can tell, they either can't open .mov files, or a typical phone video is too large. If you download VLC player, which is free on pretty much every computer OS, you can convert your video file to MP4 (my 41 MB .mov file was reduced to 15 MB in MP4 format). That was the only way I was able to get a video to support that could be opened. Good luck!
