About a week ago watch ran flat  then once recharged it was caught in boot loop reset it  then phone advised update available but when I tried to update connected to phone at library's Wi-Fi it kept failing  not screen shows stats but no actual data ie  steps, heart rate, sleep,  or any others that can be measured,  

Please help love watch don't want to give up

Is the Ionic showing just zeros for the stats? Are you still getting data synced properly to the app?

 

I've had this happen to me before and it appears to be some glitch between the communication between the watch face which shows the data and the data. I found that in my case I could clear it by selecting and loading another watch face and then returning to the one you want. Hope this helps.

Only see calories burned and that is what gets transfered

 

Also when on charge green light on under side flashers but not now
