I have spent two days trying to set up my ionic. Have spent two sessions on chat to no avail. My watch is connected to app, syncs to app, is connected to my Wi-Fi but will not update, has errors showing no connection and I have done the factory reset twice. I am frustrated beyond belief! I spent too much money to have all these issues
Best AnswerHi @Nocluewhatswron, you may have already tried this, but a soft reset may help. Hold down the left and bottom right buttons for about 10 seconds and release. The Fitbit logo will appear, signaling the successful restart. Restarts often solve bugs and freezing issues occurring within the device. If that does not work, I would consider seeing if I can exchange the Ionic.

ionic will not work on a 5g.
