Hi,
I did every thing like this video
How to receive phone calls/text messages on Fitbit Ionic
But nothing change ,I can't get notification. Even update fitbit application one more time - nothing change... Very desipoint..befor I had Change watch it was pritty nice.. Please help

What mobile device are you using? Make sure it is listed under the list of supported devices.
I'd recommend trying the steps at the Fitbit article @Odyssey13 kindly shared on her post above. Please follow the steps in the order given there for best results. You should start receiving all kind of notification with Ionic after doing that.

I'm very glad to hear that you are back on track now receiving notifications on your Ionic. Hopefully, this will be helpful for other users too.
@Mark2018 I hope you're doing well! Thanks for sharing that suggestion. That is very useful and should definitely fix any notifications issues with supported devices.
