I can't open my settings app on my Fitbit Ionic. How can I resolve this. I can't sync my new wireless ear buds without accessing the settings to access Bluetooth settings. Does anybody have any ideas what I can do.

What happens when taping the settings? 

Have you tried moving settings to another position? 

BTW headphones so not sync, but get paired.

Hi 

Yeah I have tried to move the settings app to different locations but makes no difference. Yeah I am therefore unable to pair my ear buds.

Have you tried removing the settings app then I would restart the tracker and install the settings app.
