Settings on my ionic

The settings app on my fitbit ionic wont work. For example I cant change the brightness of the screen, if I have to manually click the button to turn on, or if I want to put on do not disturb. All of those settings dont work. I can not change them for some reason.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
