I shutdown my Ionic fitbit today and now it won't turn back on. I held the left button for more than 10 seconds and nothing happens. It seems to be just dead and won't do anything no matter what buttons I hit.

Try holding all 3 buttons together, that worked for me

I had the same problem and it turns out the battery was dead. I can’t believe the poor battery I seem to have lately. Shut it down with 65% battery and it still went dead!

Same here. Except mine randomly shut off and wont turn back on.
