Where's my replacement order?

I was notified that my replacement was delivered to my door on September 4th. It’s now the evening of the 7th and it has not shown up. It was never delivered. It said it was delivered at 2:45 and I was home from work that day at 4:30. Not sure how to proceed? Any thoughts?

I'm about 3 weeks in waiting for my Ionic to be replaced.  This seems to be a common problem.

I also was told it was "delivered" but it turns out that was a delivery to the warehouse in Indiana. Now I am waiting for a new tracking number from customer support for the delivery to my house. I would check the tracking and see if it was your address or one of the steps in the process...that seems to drag on and on. Mailed mine back and I am still waiting.

That's interesting because the very same thing just happened to me yesterday.

 

While I am a huge fan of the devices themselves, the customer service at Fitbit is absolutely horrendous. I plan on spending a lot of my own time today searching for someone in their organization that actually cares about their customers and can deliver on what they say they are going to do. For some reason it is too much to ask that a replacement band actually gets delivered to my home!

 

Thus far, FedEx has lost a tracker and yesterday they said they delivered another one to my front porch at a specific time and place which didn't happen (thank God for cameras!).

I was notified the my replacement had been shipped, heard nothing for two days, the tracking app showed it was still waiting to be collected by the shipper during this time, and then got an emsil with a one hour delivery slot for the following morning, it was delivered in that slot.  I'm happy with that.

Well the 3rd time was a charm for me, thanks Fitbit for the replacement band I received today!
