Unable to log into Spotify on Fitbit Ionic

I have Spotify Premium and am trying to log into my account on the app for my Fitbit Ionic, but when I click "agree" it takes me back to the screen where you click "login". When I click on the Spotify app on my Ionic watch, it says I need to log in via the Fitbit app, but I keep trying the above and keep getting the above results. All of my apps and firmware should be up to date, and my Spotify Premium account is active and works.

@Kneekeyshorts Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.

I appreciate that you mentioned your Spotify Premium account is active. I would like you to confirm you've set up Spotify app correctly by following the tips mentioned in this article: How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device?  Could you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing on your app?

Keep me posted. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Hi! I figured it out, thank you for the helpful links.
I did not have "internet" toggled in "permissions"; once I selected it, it
logged me in successfully!

I do have a question now, though! Since I have Premium, I have the option
to listen to "offline" mode--ie. download songs/playlists to my phone so I
can listen to them without having internet/phone service. Am I able to go
in "offline" mode on my Ionic?
If so, can you please help walk me through it?

Thanks much,
Nichole Enos

@Kneekeyshorts Thanks for getting back. I'm glad to hear that you were able to log into the Spotify app.

The Spotify app on your watch doesn’t support offline music playback, so your paired phone must remain nearby with the Fitbit app running in the background and connected to the internet.
