I have pressed the shutdown button and now my Fitbit ionic won’t restart 

panicking panicking!!!!

what should I do???

Mine has just done the same thing, just did my weekly shut down and it won’t restart, I’m glad it’s just not happening to me 😢

If you have just upgraded the OS on the Ionic you now have to hold all 3 buttons down for a start/restart.  Mine takes 12 seconds to show the Fitbit logo..
