Sleep Tile on Fitbit not appearing

I reset my ionic and my sleep tile is still not appearing.  Yes, I swiped up to my fitbit today and went to settings to try sand add it.  However, even under settings, my sleep tile is not there.  It only shows my heartbeat, activity and steps.  Anyone know how to fix this issue??

My father has my old Fitbit Ionic, its connected to his iPad. He has no cellphone with internet (he's 80). In the beginning he could see his sleeptime on his ionic, but no he can't anymore. On the iPad I can see his sleep, also his afternoon nap. Can anyone tell me what's wrong.

@Riko25 @esthertje69 A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. 

It's pretty weird that you're unable to add the sleep tile. I'd like you to confirm you restart your Ionic following these tips. If you did, please check if you're able to add tiles to Fitbit Today: 

- Go to your Ionic 

- Swipe up to see Fitbit Today 

- Look for the sleep tile and add it 

If you're still unable to see it, please attach a picture of the available tiles showing on your watch.
