I've been using the sleep tracking feature for the Ionic for two weeks, yet it has only recorded two nights of REM sleep from me. All the other days are just periods of restless or asleep. Am I doing something wrong or am I not having REM sleep for a big chunk of the week? Last I heard, REM sleep is pretty **ahem** important for mental health.
Best AnswerHave you got t set to "Sensitive" if not then do so I had no sleep recorded on the blaze until I did that via the app.
Are you waking up refreshed and energetic in the mornings or are you tired sluggish and lethargic. If the latter then you may not be getting the REM sleep you need and Ionic is recording correctly that you are a very restless sleeper.
If the former then make sure the band is not too tight and it is fully charged before going to bed and give the sensor a nice clean.
Best AnswerMight be a long shot but you could try wearing it on the other arm for a night or two and see if that shows any change
