Sleep stages are not showing

Hi, I bought Fitbit iconic last week and am slightly disappointed because details of sleep stages are not showing. I have tried all things mentioned in user manual ie am wearing the device slightly above the wrist bone, manual option to begin sleep is not switched on, tried restart, battery is sufficient and am definitely sleeping for more then 3 hrs. Please help

I am having the same problem and am now on my second Ionic in just over 2 months.

Hmmm, i have seldom a problem with it.

Only when i have my hand/arm under my head or neck, the sensor can't get the info it needs.

So make sure, that you arm/wrist is not blocked or you are lying on it.

Then it should work normally.

I earlier was using blaze and it was working absolutely fine. So am surprised with iconic
