Saturday and Sunday sleep stages not showing up. No change at all in my sleeping habits. Wondering if there is an outage again?

Sleep stages worked great the first week for me, but now I only get them about 50% of the time

Same issue with sleep stages. Mine worked fine for 2 months, then spasmodically and has only given one full reading since Feb 18. Tried everything suggested on other posts so now wondering about a firmware issue or a device issue?

Sunday tracked fine, but last night back to not tracking. Sleeping the same way I always do. Would like to know if there is an issue with the system or is it an issue with my tracker?

No solution to the original question, but I do have a question for you all - it seems that all of you had your Sleep Stages working fairly regularly at some point. I've had my Ionic for two months and it literally recorded my sleep stages ONCE in this whole period of time.
Am I doing something wrong? I wear it fairly firmly on the inside of my wrist at night. It tracks sleep, just not the specifics. It has pretty much been a useless function for me.

Just as an update. I got the ionic when it first came out. Tracked my sleep no issue until 1 time in January as a one off. Then a couple of times in February, and since March it's been getting progressively worse. Last week, only 2 days have tracked my sleep properly. The sleep stages, along with the mobile payment option I am still not able to use were the two main reasons for me switching from Garmin. Needless to say, I am starting to regret my decision more and more as the time goes on. It would be really great for Fitbit to acknowledge these issues and work towards a solution. Side note, can't help but notice that the most recent issues with sleep came after yet another update.

6th straight day now with no sleep tracking. Safe to say that I will no longer be recommending the product to friends or family; and it appears I will be heading back to Garmin when it's time for a new tracker.
Very Disappointed.

My sleep stages have reported accurately only twice in the last month. Initially toggling between normal and sensitive appeared to reset the reporting but that no longer works. Direct contact with support generated inane standard replies. I have to admit giving up. I believe this to be a hardware, device issue.

I have owned Ionic for six months now and sleep statistics have been working ok so far. However for the past six nights for some unknown reason the detailed sleep statistics are not working anymore. I only get the basic sleep statistics. I have changed nothing in my way using the Ionic. The sleep tracking suddenly decided to stop functioning correctly! I have been in contact with the support and so far no luck fixing the issue.
Ionic has so many issues I kinda feel sad for everybody working there. They have a LOT of issues to work with and angry customers!

In last 2 months, I have got detailed sleep data only twice. I am close to believing that moving from Blaze to Ionic was a grave mistake.. Never had any issue with my Blaze..
