Premium user for sleep info. Worked fine for a long to time. Stopped reporting details/sleep score after latest firmware update. Not sure if related but problem fits timing. Forced stop of app. Restarted devices. Logged out and in. Charging and wearing habits the same. Help?!
I updated my Ionic 4 days ago and since then I have no sleep tracking details. It happened before and the problem could be solved but I do not how. Anyway it was with help from the community.
same here. applied firmware update a few days ago. no sleep score since then plus somehow Versa is now doing continuous syncing (which i had turned off before). i was getting sleep scores for months and months.
I increased the sensitivity of the sleep tracker in addition to the all day sync. My battery last less than 24 hours since those recent changes. It worked pretty well before, minus an occasional hiccup in the Bluetooth syncing. Hopefully they will fix the problem.
