It will not track sleep

Hi, @Snook! You need to provide a little more information than that. What kind of tracker do you have? Is it not tracking sleep at all or just not giving you detailed sleep stages? Have you tried restarting your tracker? Usually that will get it back on track. It won't give you previous days, but should help going forward.

I've been using my Ionic, too, with no issue, so I don't think that's the issue. I would suggest restarting your tracker and seeing if that clears things up.

Hi,

I assume that's the problem which some of the Ionic user have.

I guess you have a special message if you check your sleep data in the app.

Maybe you can ask Fitbit-Support for details where the low signal is. Or where and when the data/signal is missing.

Best regards,

Mark
