The SmartTrack feature on the Ionic doesn't seem to track accurately. My 55 min cardio kickboxing was tracked as 47 mins. Then, a 65 min steady pace treadmill session was tracked as 23 mins. What's the point of SmartTrack if it doesn't track accurately? Overriding the SmartTrack makes matters worse and the math on all metrics defy consistency and logic - some go up and some go down. Have to say extremely disappointed with the Ionic so far. Have had it only for 3 weeks. What's the fine print on the 45-day money-back guarantee? Is it from the order date? Received date? To the Return Shipping Date? Return Receipt Date? Would like some clarification

I believe the 45 day return is calculated on the despatch date.
Forbthe kick boxing, were you at full intensity the whole time? With aerobic activity (which I assume it recorded as) you need to be constantly above whatever the minimum level is.
As far as the treadmill goes, I dont really know, but Id suggest you use the exercise app for that, so you start and stop the activity with a button. I find thatis very accurate for swim and bike (though I have never used it for trwadmill)
Edited to add that the treadmill wont be accurate if you are holding on to the bars rather than letting your arms swing freely as you walk or run. So if that was the what youbwere doing trhnit with your arms swinging naturally.
