So many issues, no notifications, doesnt track accurately

Well so far,my Fitbit Ionic SUCKS. For a company that does only fitness trackers, they have seem to not know what they are doing. Each of my issues has MANY posts on the community blog with little to know fiz provided by Fitbit. If a solution is provided, there are many follow up responses that the fix doesnt work and there are no further replies/suggestions by Fitbit. i replaced a Garmin, which didnt track steps very accurately with this Ionic. Imagine my sadness when FITNESS companies (Ionic) tracker traced even worse than Garmin. I ~1600-2000 steps alone whilst on treadmill. that doesnt count the many steps lost throught the day. And Yes, I turned on manual stride.

Next, not once, through all the fixes suggested, have I gotten 1 notification. No device should required all the myriad of fix suggestions to try and get a major function of the device to work and have it still not work. I mean, if I didnt want to get notifications, I certainly wouldnt have paid this type of $$ for this piece of crap.

Just a side irritation. When i do my treadmill workout, device congratulates me on my Elliptical workout. Now, I can edit that and correct it, but it seriously cant tell the difference?

So I will be returning and purchasing a Samsung Gear......... and will tell all that I know not to waste their time and $$ on such a low quality product produced by a fitness company who is aware of all these issues, and has been for a long time, but hasnt seemed to be capable of fixing them. I mean, seriously, a $5 pedometer from Walgreens track steps better......

Sorry it didn't work out for you, @Tricdr.  Best of luck with your replacement fitness tracker.
