So poor the quality

the second fitbit products I've bought. and neither of them lasts more than one year. got changed and died within 1 year, and have to buy another one.... guess I will never use fitbit again!!!!!!!!

I feel your pain.my first FB which was a charger 2 died after 6 months. FB sent me another one. One year later Fitbit charger 2 died again. FB did replace it surprisingly past the warranty date. Ok in February this year I update to the ionic watch. The battery died after only five months. Again FB had no problem replacing it. Thus far it working as it should. Point? I would call them and express your disdain calmly and I am sure they will stand by their products.

But I do not understand why there products do not last as long as they should. Especially as expensive as they are. I can say they do truly stand by their products. As I have learn over the past 4 years. 

 

 

 

 

at this point i cant and will never recommend fitbit. ther least update has ruin my ionic.

i have sense moved on to a garmin which is much  and get this you can change the battery in it. 

 

 

CSR was as patronizing as one can get.

They say I live on planet Earth but these days I stay highly suspicious........
