Hello,
Someone changed my e-mail adress and password to my fitbit account. I can still log in with my facebook but I cannot change my e-mail or password back... This 'hacker' can see all my information so I want this to be fixed as soon as possible. I reported this a few days ago to the Fitbit Customer Support but they still didn't fix it.. Is there something wrong with the security of fitbit?
What can I do about it?
gr

Get in touch with customer support, then learn proper password management.

I did contact the customer support... They don't awnser me anymore...
This has nothing to do with my password, it was safe enough!
I'm guessing that fitbit servers are getting hacked or that they are crosslinking accounts.....

I'm not sure I agree with that guess. We only see a very small number of these types of issues--and it's almost always a password or desktop security issue as @Rich_Laue said. Of course, we can't know from here. It's just my observation.

Happened to me back in January. I think I contacted customer support about 4 times before they fixed it. Also, the hacker changed the email twice, so it was harder to trace. I was able to see it because I had my account signed on to my work computer. Totally screwed up my numbers for about a month because it thought I was a 170lb 35 yr old male. The game is, they try to get a free tracker by claiming under warranty. Fitbit knows this is an issue. When my tracker actually did break shortly after, they initially told me I couldn't have a discount code for a new one because they sent one (to the hacker) last month. When you get your account back, change your password to something more secure. Good luck.
