Splits tab shows double entries

On all of my excercise records, the splits page shows every split twice. All other data appears correct. It shows the correct data for each 5 minute split, and then a second set. The attached screenshot shows a 15:06 minute rowing excercise. This occurs for all excercise types. Recorded with an Ionic, synced to an android app (both appear up to date). Everything appears normal during the exercise.

Welcome to the Community @MartinCrosbie. Thanks for the details mentioned and the screenshot attached. 

I would like you to restart your Ionic, log out from your app and force quit it. After this, please try setting the splits again

Seems to work.... 

 

After carrying out the above, turning off and on the auto lap settings for 'workout' Today's row showed the correct laps. However a following weights and treadmill session showed the same double lap entries. (expected as I'd deliberately not adjusted those).

 

On carrying out another log out and force quit, The repeated entries have disappeared, though I have also now turned off/ on the auto lap settings for other exercises again anyway.

 

I'll keep an eye out over the next week and monitor it for reccurances. Thanks for your suggestions.

Didn't Last. problem is having to find the time to exercise to try it again!

 

When viewed immediately after todays exercise, all was correct. 15:07 exercise, 4 splits shown.

leaving the exercise view, and going back into it there were 8 splits. Every time I went back in to look at it there were another set of splits - It seems to have stopped at 10 sets of the same splits!

 

I've logged out, force stopped the app, cleared the cache and cleared the data. uninstalled, rebooted the phone, and reinstalled.

Now todays exercises show normally, but yesterdays still show repeated splits, without pattern to the exercise type, or number of repeats. so I wouldn't call it a fix yet. that some records have returned to normal suggests the underlying data is safe at least. I think its an app issue somewhere, though I notice the PC App and website don't seem to show the splits tab at all to verify this against. possibly there is some missing 'final split' tag on something.

 

I'll keep track as I log more, but the problem certainly hasn't gone away.
