Spotify need to be a app

So i got this ionic for my 13th burthday. And i looked at it, it was nice but 2 things why dont they have spotify and if so couldent then just make a app so we could download and use it?

I loved the rest of the wach. 

But i need spotify.

can somebody make a spotify app?
