Spotify wont connect

Hello,

I am struggling to connect spotify for the ionic.

I keep getting an error message saying "No internet connection - Make Sure your phone is connected, then sync your device using the fitbit mobile app"

I have connected it to the internet and tried everything it doesnt work!!! any ideas???

Make sure your app is up to date, and if you have an Android Phone make sure you are not running the beta version.

Thank you I have tried all this and everything is up to date and still no success, its so frustrating surely it shouldn't be this hard.

I'm still confused, the Spotify app on the phone is working. The Spotify app on the Versa 2 will not connect to the Spotify app on the phone. 

Can we get the music control to control Spotify. Spotify must be playing a song.

I have the exact same problem. My Ionic is reporting firmware version 27.33.1.30 and it says it's up to date. I can't even install the Spotify app.
What's wrong?

My ionic wasn't updating past 27.33.## until I did a factory reset and the new downloaded version is now 27.70.## . I have the spotify control app now installed but it isn't "connecting" to my phone to use spotify. So back to the last question, factory reset and the 30 minute install should get it to 27.30.## and allow you to at least download the app.
