I’m having similar issues to a lot of people on here.  I have downloaded the update just today,  my iOnic will not stay connected to phone by Bluetooth. I have tried the factory reset, turning off and on both devices.  This is getting really frustrating. Any clues?

I'm having the same issue. I just got the ionic two days ago, and I had to uninstall the Fitbit app three or four times just to sync the watch. This is ridiculous.

Same here, got the Ionic for my birthday this weekend and have had nothing but constant sync issues. When it works for 1 hour it's great, but I spend the rest of the day troubleshooting the connection. Pre-3.0 app versions work better but are still massively inconsistent, and the troubleshooting the Fitbit mods come in to post is useless placating. Ridiculous that multiple cheap BT headphones from some no-name Chinese company sync and stay paired without any issues and a $300 watch can't stay connected with the app open, all battery and data saving features disabled, etc. My ancient Garmin, 7 year old BT AM/FM transmitter, hell every other BT device I've owned and used with various devices Android and Apple regardless of OS version work fine so this is clearly a Fitbit issue. Should've listened to my girlfriend when she told me Fitbit is a mess.
