My ionic is counting steps while stationary.  I have switched off and also started anew but it hasn’t helped. Help!

Is your wrist wearing fitbit stationary?  Or just your legs?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

How long have you had your ionic fitbit, and if 12 months +, I would say, it might be nearing the end

 

A few months before my ionic died, it was reading my heart rate, while of my wrist, which its shouldn't be doing
