I’ve been using my Ionic for over a month...previously I was using a ONE...I felt that in that month my steps were low... so, I started wearing both... and sure enough on most days the Ionic was off by a couple to over 4 thousand steps-short... I would walk around my house and found that sometimes my Ionic step tracker wouldn’t even change, while my Fitbit One was tracking my steps with no problems! Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Yes! So far I have seen no solutions and none of the “experts” has touched on this issue. (I mentioned it in several posts, as have many others.) It’s frustrating. Mine got a little better with time but after today’s update I think it backtracked a bit. I haven’t worn my One this week but prior to this week I was wearing both daily. I’m going to charge up my One again this weekend and compare now that the Ionic has updated.

I contacted customer service today and the rep had me reset my Ionic  by turning it off and then on...he encouraged me to continue using both Ionic and One for the next week and to call back if the problem persists.  Thank you for your help!
