Sorry to hear what happened to your Ionic, this is not a normal behavior. Thanks for the details on your post, it might be that the issues that you're having are related to swimming although this Fitbit device has been designed to swim. Did you notice anything different hours before you use it to swim?

Best AnswerThe Fitbit was working perfectly well. Now even the back button is not working.
Best AnswerMy fitbit has also gone crazy - i was flying on the weekend and managed to rack up 20000 steps with no heart rate shown
