My steps counter , auto awake and heart rate monitor have stopped working and steps counter running continuously without move. This happened after swimming.

Sorry to hear what happened to your Ionic, this is not a normal behavior. Thanks for the details on your post, it might be that the issues that you're having are related to swimming although this Fitbit device has been designed to swim. Did you notice anything different hours before you use it to swim?

 

Please restart your Ionic and let me know if this helps.

I tried restarting it but no change, the issue remains the same. Now even
the back button is not working. Please advise and help at your earliest
convenience as it's causing me a lot of inconvenience.

My fitbit has also gone crazy - i was flying on the weekend and managed to rack up 20000 steps with no heart rate shown
