Steps not counting right and heart sensor not working at all

My steps have just started not counting right as I had 8 steps yesterday after 2 and a half miles walk and a mile on a max trainer also my heart rate sensor just stopped working all of a sudden. I've been using the ionic for 2 years now and the first one was detected so it had to be returned after trouble shooting for almost a year and when sent a new one it worked great for about another year. Is it just time to toss it and find a replacment or is it fixable? I have factory reset twice and updated the clock face

Thanks for the troubleshooting tried. Fitbit doesn't have any repaired centers and you've tried the recommended troubleshooting. In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team and they will continue assisting you through email.
