My ionic seems to have really low step count??  I have taken steps and checked but very low.  Walked around a huge warehouse and only said 236 steps!!

im new to this Fitbit.  Never had a prob with my Fitbit charge

First try restarting your Ionic by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs (until you see the fitbit logo). You can also try setting the Ionic to the non dominant wrist setting if it's currently set to dominant.

Also take a test. Start the Walk on the Ionic. Then walk 100 Steps and count them as you go. When done see what the Ionic shows
