Still didn't get update to FitbitOS 4.1

I have Fitbit Ionic, but still have version 68.9.15(and don't have invitation to update), that is not latest version of fitbitOS. As I read all people got updates ~on January. 

 

How can I update it manually? I updated Fitbit iOS App for latest version, reload my Fitbit Ionic, tried to unpair and pair again them, but nothing helped.

@nicky_ua Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

Thanks for getting in touch about this. 

In this case, I would like you to restart your Ionic, make sure your app is running in the background and that you have all day sync on. Once you've done this, please give it a couple of days and check if you receive the firmware update.
