Hi

 

My Ionic still runs the firmware version 27.33.1.30 (Fitbit OS 3). When I try to update, the fitbit app (android) as well as fitbit connect (windows) keep telling me that my device is up-to-date. So no update is offered to me. Any reason why this happens and what I can do about?

STICK WITH WHAT YOU'VE GOT. 

 

Please do not update. The latest firmware is causing so many of us issues.

@ubrinks you say that your Fitbit app offers the option to update the Ionic, but then tells you that the ionic is up to date? 

Are you getting the version number from your ionic? Your telling us that your Ionic is 3 versions out of date. I suggest Contacting Fitbit

Hey Guys, I had this issue and I have fixed it. unpair your app from your watch and do a hard reset of the watch. It will update the app when you re-pair your phone with your tracker.
